Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ask Rierie products are supplied exclusively in digital form. No physical product will be shipped.

By submitting an order using the button indicating an obligation to pay, you submit a binding order for the selected digital product.

4. Prices and Currencies

6. Delivery of Digital Products

A digital product is considered provided when the digital file, download link or other appropriate means of accessing the purchased content has been made available to you.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for ensuring that your device and software can access and open standard PDF files.
If you complete payment but do not receive or cannot access your purchased digital product, please contact askrierie.pinterest@gmail.com.
7. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions may have a statutory right of withdrawal.
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium and is made available immediately after purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once performance begins where the requirements of applicable law are satisfied.
Where required, before receiving immediate access to the digital product you will be asked to:
expressly consent to the performance of the contract beginning before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period; and
acknowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance begins.

8. Refunds
Because Ask Rierie products are digital products made available for immediate access, I generally do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges after the digital product has been successfully provided, except where expressly stated otherwise.
This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
In particular, it does not exclude your statutory rights if a digital product is not provided, is defective, materially differs from its description or otherwise fails to comply with applicable legal requirements.

You may download and store a copy for your own personal use and access it on your personal devices.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of Ask Rierie digital products, including original text, layouts, graphics, worksheets, trackers and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Ask Rierie and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, product names and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
No rights are granted except for the personal-use licence expressly described in these Terms.
